What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is one 20GP container. For first-time buyers, we also offer sample orders of 100-500kg so you can test the product quality before committing to a full container.

Do you offer OEM and private labeling?

Yes. We provide custom packaging design, private label printing, and branded master cartons. Our design team will work with you on packaging that fits your market.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Most inquiries receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours. For complex or large-volume orders, we may take up to 48 hours to provide the most accurate pricing.

Can you provide samples before bulk ordering?

Yes. We ship product samples via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Sample cost is refundable when you place your first container order.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

How do you ensure product quality?

Every batch undergoes our in-house lab testing for fixed carbon, ash content, burn time, and calorific value. Third-party SGS testing is available upon request.
